...and it looks like MakerWare has a new release out today as well!
One key thing they've "unbroken" is the ability to overlap meshes and have the geometries merged together. That is a useful feature when adding support "helper" discs directly into your print job.
There are also improvements in the way it does multi-extruder guards so that it's more likely to stay up and continue to work.
There are a few more improvements related to the Makerbot Digitizer, but as we don't have one, I can't say much about it...
