Just got word from Kevin Pope that the latest development version of MatterControl supports the x3g compiled G-code format used by classic MakerBots and their clones (FlashForge/Wanhao/Mbot).
This is good news for folks that are looking for alternative slicers beyond MakerWare, but are reluctant to dive into using GPX by themselves.
